Currently Scheduled:
Upon completion of the East Stoney Trail (T.U.C.), 84 Street will deadend at Glenmore Trail to the South and Peigan Trail to the North.

An intersection with full signal lights and additional turning and passing lanes to better serve "Patton Clients" is now complete.

The Transportation Utility Corridor (East Stoney Trail - T.U.C.) will eventually take the place of 84 Street S.E. as the primary North/South access. Future 61 Avenue will become a major 4-lane roadway connecting Garden Road and 84 Street, creating the finest access of any property in this corridor.

Implications and long term opportunities afforded by the T.U.C. (East Stoney Trail) include future highway commercial uses and fully serviced industrial and commercial uses.
