OBJECTIVES: To establish a comprehensive conceptual scheme (now approved) for the development of this 314 acre parcel. This plan ensures that the development is constant with the existing approved land use and will allow for a rail spur to accommodate inter model lots.

The Canadian National Railway (C.N.R.) mainline runs East/West to the North of the "Patton Lands". C.N.R. is actively servicing inter model spurs and the Patton Industrial Centre will benefit from a direct connection from this mainline. C.N.R. is a progressive inter model railway company aggressively pursuing routes throughout Canada and U.S.A. The Patton Industrial Centre has provided for a railway spur dedication to service a large portion of the lands to accommodate rail user requirements of up to approximately 30 acres in size. Subject to finalizing a service agreement with C.N.R., the developer/purchaser can make available inter model lands to purchasers.
